Notified Date for certain provisions LLP, ACT 2008 Notification No. SO 1323(E), dated 22-5-2009 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st day of May, 2009 as the date on which the provisions of sections 55 to 58, Second Schedule, Third Schedule and Fourth Schedule of the said Act shall come into force.
