Appointment of Advisory Committee - Constitution of Advisory Committee by Central Government for the purpose of section 410 - SO 537(E), - Companies Law

NOTIFICATION SO 537(E), DATED 19-7-1994, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS Subject:- Appointment of Advisory Committee - Constitution of Advisory Committee by Central Government for the purpose of section 410 SO 537(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 1956(1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee consisting of the following persons as members, namely: (1) Shri Bansi Dhar, (2) Shri N.J.N. Vazifdar, (3) Dr. E.V. Mani, (4) Shri S.C. Vasudeva 2. The members of the Advisory Committee shall hold office for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
