Provisions of paragraphs 3(i)(a) and 3(ii) of Part II of Schedule VI not to apply to National Fertilisers Ltd., New Delhi - GSR 595(E), - Companies Law

Notification : No. GSR 595(E), dated 25th July, 1994. Subject:- Provisions of paragraphs 3(i)(a) and 3(ii) of Part II of Schedule VI not to apply to National Fertilisers Ltd., New Delhi GSR 595(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 620 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that provisions of item (a) of sub-paragraph (i) and of sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph 3 of Part II of Schedule VI to the said Act shall not apply to National Fertilisers Ltd., New Delhi, in respect of heavy water produced by it. A copy of this notification has been laid in draft before both Houses of Parliament as required by sub-section (2) of section 620 of the said Act.
