G.S.R. 697(E), DATED 20-9-1994, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Subject:- Substitution of certain word and figure in sub-rule (1) of rule 4A of the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956 G.S.R. 697(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses ( a ) and ( b ) of sub-section (1) of section 642 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956, namely: 1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms (Third Amendment) Rules, 1994. (2) They shall come into force w.e.f. 1-11-1994. 2. In the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956, in rule 4A, in sub-rule (1), for the word and figure "Rs. 100", the word and figure "Rs. 500" shall be substituted.
