NO. 14/2/96-CL-V], DATED 5-11-1996, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF FINANCE Subject:- Section 410 of the Companies Act, 1956 - Appointment of Advisory Committee - Notified members of Advisory Committee SO 771(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee consisting of the following persons as members, namely : 1. Shri Shekhar Datta, President, Confederation of Indian Industry, 2. Shri R.K. Agarwal, Chartered Accountant, 3. Shri R.V. Nagarajan, Company Secretary, 4. Shri P.D. Phadke, Cost Accountant, 5. Shri N.K. Poddar, Practising Corporate Lawyer. 2. The members of the Advisory Committee shall hold office for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
