MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE COMPANY AFFAIRS (Department of Company Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11 th November 1999 Subject:- Constitution of committee SO 1087(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee consisting of the following persons to administer the Investor Education and Protection Fund and to maintain separate accounts and other relevant records in relation to that Fund in such form as may be prescribed in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, namely : 1. Shri T.S. Krishna Murthy, Secretary, Department of Company Affairs Chairman 2. Ms. Sucheta Dalal, Mumbai Member 3. N.S. Chopra, Member ITAT (Retd.), New Delhi Member 4. K.B. Dabke, Chartered Accountant, Mumbai Member 5. S. Nandagopal, Chartered Accountant, Chennai Member 6. Manubhai Shah, Managing Trustee, Consumer Education and Research Centre, Ahmedabad Member 7. A.K. Narayan, President, Tamil Nadu Investors Association, Chennai Member 8. M.D. Dasari, General Manager, Reserve Bank of India Member 9. Ashok Kackar, Executive Director, Securities and Exchange Board of India Member 10. Udaya Bhaskar Nair, Nagpur Member 11. H. Raja, Chartered Accountant, Karaikudy, Tamil Nadu Member 2.
