SO 285(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, (Department of Company Affairs) number SO 841(E), dated the 29th August, 2001, namely: In the said notification, for serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: 5.
