NO. 52/03/CAB-2004, new delhi, the 29 th June, 2006 Subject:- Pharmaceutical companies Audit of Cost Accounts in certain cases - Notified companies In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 233B of the Companies Act, 1956, the Ministry of Company Affairs has issued audit order to the effect that audit of cost accounting records as maintained under Cost Accounting Records (Bulk Drugs) Rules, 1974 and Cost Accounting Records (Formulations) Rules, 1988 be conducted in respect of the following companies for the year ending 31-3-2006 or the current financial year as the case may be and every financial year thereafter: Sl.
