[PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY PART - II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS Notification New Delhi, the 29 th September, 2010 Subject:- Constitution of National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards - Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 1800(E), dated 21-7-2009 S.O. 2392(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number S.O. 1800(E), the 21st July, 2009 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, of same date, namely : In the said notification, for the figures 20-8-2010 wherever they occur, the figures 20-11-2010 shall be substituted. 2.
