Amends Notification No.21/2004-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 6th Sept., 2004. - 02/2012 - Central Excise - Non Tariff

New Delhi, the 22 nd February,2012 G.S.R.100 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 18 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, notification No 21/2004-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 6 th September, 2004, namely: - In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the words to any country except Nepal and Bhutan , the words to any country except Bhutan shall be substituted. 2.
