Commissioner of Customs, Kandla appointed as Commissioner of Customs, Jamnagar and Commissioner of Customs, Export Promotion, Mumbai for adjudication of specified case Notification No. 87/2004-Cus. (N.T.), dated 8-7-2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla, to act as Commissioner of Customs, Jamnagar and Commissioner of Customs, Export Promotion, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice, pertaining to M/s. Colourtex, Surat and others issued vide F. No. DRI/AZU/INV-14/98-PT. VII, dated the 23rd March, 2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, 78, Pankaj Society, B/h Mangalya Building, Bhattarpaldi, Vasna Road, Ahmedabad.
