Amendments in the notification No. 158/95-Customs, dated the 14th November, 1995 - Exemption to Goods when re-imported into India for repairs or for re-conditioning, regarding - 60/2012 - Customs -TariffExtract [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II SECTION 3, SUB SECTION (i) OF DATED THE DECEMBER, 2012] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 60/2012- CUSTOMS New Delhi, the 6th December, 2012. G.S.R. 880 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number G.S.R. 744 (E), dated the 14th November, 1995( No. 158/95-Customs, dated the 14th November, 1995) , namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 1, in column (3), in item 1, in the proviso, for the word Nepal , the words Nepal and Bhutan shall be substituted.
