Authorization Of Director To Appoint Specified Officer As Officers Of Enforcement - Amendment In Notification No. So. 534(E), Dated 1-6-2000 Notification No. Dated 30-5-2012 S.O. 1247(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 534(E), dated the 1st June, 2000 , namely:- In the said notification, clauses (d), (e), (f) and (g) shall be renumbered as clauses (e), (f), (g) and (h) respectively and before clauses (d), (e), (f) and (g) as so renumbered, the following shall be inserted, namely:- (d) Joint Director of Enforcement 2.
