Sh. Bimal Behari Prasad appoints the Director General (Specific Safeguard) - 113/2012 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, the 2 nd April, 2013 Ministry of finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 113/2012-Customs (N.T) New Delhi, the 21st December, 2012 G.S.R. 919(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997 and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 04/2010-Customs (N.T.) issued vide G.S.R. No. 23(E), dated the 11 th January 2010 , the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. Bimal Behari Prasad as the Director General (Specific Safeguard) for the purpose of the said Rules. [F.
