Amendment in On-site Post Clearance Audit at the Premised of Importers and Exporters Regulations, 2011 - 114/2012 - Customs - Non Tariff

NIINLSTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE AND CUSTOMS) New Delhi, the 27th December, 2012 Notification No. 114/2012-Customs (N.T.) G.S.R. 936(E).-. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Section 157 , read with clause (ii) of sub-section (2) of Section 158 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations to amend the On-site Post Clearance Audit at the Premised of Importers and Exporters Regulations, 2011 , namely.- 1. (1) These regulations may be called the ` On-site Post Clearance Audit at the Premises of Importers and Exporters (Amendment) Regulations, 2012' . (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the On-site Post Clearance Audit at the Premises of Importers and Exporters Regulations, 2011 ,'for the words "proper officer", wherever they occur, the words "Superintendent of Customs and Central Excise or Appraiser" shall be substituted.
