Commissioner of Customs (Exports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva appointed as Commissioner of Customs (Exports), New Custom House, Mumbai for adjudication of specified case Notification No. 127/2004-Cus. (N.T.), dated 19-11-2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Exports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, to act as Commissioner of Customs (Exports), New Custom House, Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Frost International Limited 402-403, Kalpana Plaza, 24/147-A, Birhana Road, Kanpur and Others issued, vide F. No. DRI. BZU/F/03/2004, dated the 30th September, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 1st Floor Construction House, Walchand Hirachand Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai.
