Committees of two Commissioners of Central Excise - Jurisdiction for purpose of Customs Section 129A(2) 17th June, 2005 Notification No.49/2005-NT-Customs (As amended by Notification No. 63/2006 Cus. (NT) dated 9/6/2006 ) G.S.R.410(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board constitutes the following Committees consisting of two Commissioners mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the Committee, for the areas falling within the jurisdiction of the Commissioner (Appeals) in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of sub-section (2) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), namely :- Table Sl.
