Amends Notification No. 12/1997 -Customs (N.T) dated the 2nd April, 1997 NOTIFICATION NO. 103/2005-CUSTOMS(N.T.) 21st November, 2005 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/1997 -CUSTOMS (N.T.), G.S.R. 193 (E), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely :- In the table to the said notification, against the serial number 1, relating to the state of Andhra Pradesh, in column (3), for the entry at item (vii) and corresponding entry in column (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:- (3) (4) "(vii) Chimakurthy Village (Chimakurthy Mandal) of Prakasam District loading of granite export goods" [F.NO.434/3/2005-CUS.IV] (ANUPAM PRAKASH) UNDER SECRETARY TO THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Note :- The principal notification was published vide number G.S.R. 193(E), dated the 2nd April, 1997 and subsequently amended vide number G.S.R. 353 (E), dated the 6th June, 2005.
