(N.T.), dated 1-1-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby appoints the Additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce, as the designated authority for the purposes of said rules.
