Anti-dumping Duty — Exclusion of GATT countries (As amended by Notification No. 28/94-Cus.(NT) dt. 9.6.1994) Notification No. 38/92-Cus. (N.T.), dated 27-5-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 9B of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) the Central Government hereby specifies all the countries which are parties to the General Agreement on Tariff and Trade, and People's Republic of China for the purposes of the said sub-section.
