Transhipment of goods at Customs Airport of Varanasi [Notification No. 69/92-Cus. (N.T.), dated 9-10-1992] In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 54 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby specifies the Varanasi Customs Airport at Varanasi for the purposes of the said clause.
