Amendments in ITC Code 0703 - Onions Export Canalised TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINAY PART II SECTION 3 , SUB -SECTION (II) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE NOTIFICATION NO. 25 (RE-99)/ 1997-2002, NEW DELHI , THE 13 August, 1999 S.O. (E) :In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development Regulations) Act, 1992 ( No. 22 of 1992 ) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as amended , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002. In partial modification of the Notification No. 19(RE-99)/1997-2002, dated 8 th July, 1999, the entry at ITC Code No. 0703 in " ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items ( 1997-2002 , incorporating amendments made upto 31 st August, 1998 ) at Schedule 2 table B", 0703 Onions Canalized Export of Banglore rose onions through M/s Karnataka State Agricultural Produce Processing and Export Corporation Ltd (KAPPEC Ltd) for 5000(five thousands only) MTs per month for two months (upto 7 th September 1999) . (b) Export through NAFED till 30 th Sept. 1999 of 5000MT of Onions ( other than Poddusu and Bangalore Rose varieties ) to Sri Lanka and Mauritius. 3. This issues in Public interest. ( N.L.
