Prohibition shall not apply to export of Dollar Gram (Chana) NOTIFICATION NO. 48/2006, DT. 20/02/2007 S.O.(E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Paragraph 3 of Notification No.15(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27.06.2006 as amended, to include the following sentence, at the end of said paragraph :- 1 "The prohibition shall not apply to export of kabuli chana (as is known by different names in different parts of the country)." 2. Has been substituted vide Notification No. 52/2006 dated 7/3/2007 before it was read as, " The prohibition shall not apply to export of Dollar Gram (Chana) executed under the specific permission granted by DGFT."
