SEZ notified at Village Attipra, Taluk and District Thiruvananthapuram in the State of Kerala [PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART-II SECTION-3, SUB-SECTION (ii), dated the 30th November, 2006 ] Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) New Delhi , the 30th November, 2006 . NOTIFICATION S.O. 2060(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, and after grant of the letter of approval on 3rd April, 2006 under sub section (10) of section 3 of the said Act to M/s.
