Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 733(E) dated 31s1 July, 2001 Notification No. 82 Dated 10th April, 2002 SO. 401(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 120 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following further amendment to the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue), Central Board of Direct Taxes, bearing S.O. 733(E) dated 31s1 July, 2001, namely:- In the said notification, in the Schedule 1,:- (i) serial no. 34 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (ii) for serial nos. 35 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely ______________________________________________________________________________ 35. Chief Commissioner of Ahmedabad (i) Commissioner of Income-tax, Income-tax, Income tax Ahmedabad-IV Ahmedabad-V (ii) Commissioner of Income-tax, Ahmedabad-VI (iii) Commissioner of Income-tax, Ahmedabad-VII (iv) Commissioner of Income-tax, Gandhinagar. _______________________________________________________________________________ (iii) for serial nos. 59 and 60 entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-_______________________________________________________________________________ 59. Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Kolkata Commissioner of Income-tax, Kolkata-III Kolkata-III 60 Chief Commissioner of Income-tax, Kolkata Commissioner of Income-tax, Kolkata-IV Kolkata-IV ________________________________________________________________________________ (iv) After serial no. 95 the following shall be inserted, namely:- ______________________________________________________________________________ 96. Chief Commissioner of Kolkata (i) Commissioner of Income-tax, Kolkata-XI Income-tax, Kolkata-(IV) (ii) Commissioner of Income-tax, Kolkata-XII _____________________________________________________________________________ 2.
