O. 918(E) Date of Issue: 22/10/1998 In the exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 (27 of 1957), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Wealth-tax Rules, 1957, namely:- This notification contains amendment to Wealth-tax Rules, 1957 carried out on 22nd October, 1998 not reproduced here as it is already contained in the body of the rules itself.
