Appoints adjudicating authority for purpose of adjudicating the matter related to M/s M.M.International and M/s Noble Impex [ TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUBSECTION (ii) ] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 24 / 2008-Customs (N.T.)
