NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th March, 2008 S.O. 702(E).- ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby amends the notification number S.O. 1261 (E) dated the 26th July, 2007, constituting the Approval Committee for the information technology/information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanhalli Village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk, Kamataka developed by M/s. Vikas Telecom Limited, namely : In the said notification, (i) in paragraph 1 for serial number (1) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely, "1.
