NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd April, 2008 S.O.918(E). - ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of April 2008 as the date from which the engineering sector Special Economic Zone at State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Industrial Growth Centre, Perundurai Village, Erode District, Tamil Nadu development by M/s.
