NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 9th June, 2008 S.O. 1408(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of June, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Near DA-II CT, Sargasan Dhola Kuan Road, Gandhinagar District in the State of Gujarat proposed to be developed by M/s.
