Appoints the 9th day of June, 2008 as the date from which the gems and jewellery Special Economic Zone at Maharashtra by M/s. Gitanjali Gems Limited NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 9th June, 2008 S.O. 1411(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of June, 2008 as the date from which the gems and jewellery Special Economic Zone at Village Chirvat and Sangurli, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra by M/s.
