Section 10 (10C) (Viic) of the Income tax Act, 1961 specified the "Govt, Tool Room Training Centre, Rajajinagar Industrial Estate, Bangalore Notification No. 159/2004 Dated 22 nd June, 2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (viic) of clause (10C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the "Govt, Tool Room Training Centre, Rajajinagar Industrial Estate, Bangalore", registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (21 of 1860), for the purpose of the said sub-clause.
