Lahari Infrastructure Limited, Andhra Pradesh Notification No : S.O. 1549(E), dated 14-9-2007. Whereas M/s. Lahari Infrastructure Limited, a private organisation in the State of Andhra Pradesh, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the Act) to set up a sector Specific Special Economic Zone for services sector at Kondakal and Bhulkapur villages, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector-specific Special Economic Zone for services sector at Kondakal and Bhulkapur villages area on the 27th November, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Kondakal and Bulkapur villages, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, Comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given below in the Table, as a Special Economic Zone namely:— TABLE Serial Name of Survey Extent of land number village number (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) (4) 1.
