To set up a Sector Specific Special Economic Zone for services sector at Kondakal and Bhulkapur villages, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy - Andhra Pradesh MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 25th January, 2010 S.O. 188 (E).-Whereas, M/s Lahari Infrastructure Limited, a private organisation of the State of Andhra Pradesh, had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic zones Act, 2005(28 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ), to set up a Sector Specific Special Economic Zone for services sector at Kondakal and Bhulkapur villages, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh: And whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified an area of 108.49 hectares, comprising of the following survey numbers and area as given below in the Table at the above location as Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1549(E) dated 14th September, 2007 :- TABLE Serial No. Name of the Village Survey Number Area (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. Lahari Infrastructure Limited has proposed to de-notify the entire area of 108.49 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government has granted letter of approval for de- notification of above area on 13th November, 2009; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
