S.O.3064 DATED 7-7-1977 It is hereby notifed for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, on the following conditions :-- 1. The Society will submit annual reports on the research activities of the Society to the Council. 2. The Society will submit annual reports about donations received and spent exclusively for research in the matter as and when required by the Council.
