Notifies Jesuits of Santal Society, Sahibganj u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1827 DATED 24-3-1983 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Jesuits of Santal Society, Sahibganj, for the purpose of the said section for the period covered by the assessment years 1979-80 to 1982-83.
