Appoints the 15/08/2003, as the date on which the insertion and omission NOTIFICATION NO. 58/2003-CE(N.T.) DATED 22/07/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i) and (ii) of section 133 of the Finance Act, 2002 (20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1[11th day of May,2004], as the date on which the insertion and omission as respectively specified in the said clauses shall take effect.
