Customs – Valuation Rules for Import and Export of Goods

Central Government has notified following customs valuation Rules for Import of goods and Export of Goods.

- Customs Valuation (Determination of Price of imported Goods) Rules, 2007 Vide Notification no. - 94/2007 Cus (NT) dated 13.09.2007

- Customs Valuation (Determination of Value of Export Goods) Rules, 2007  Vide Notification no. - 95/2007 Cus (NT) dated 13.09.2007

These rules shall came into force as on 10.10.2007
