Changes in the Companies Bill 2011

The recommendations made by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance in its report to the Parliament, dated 13th August, 2012, have been examined and it has been decided to move official amendments to the Companies Bill, 2011in the current session of Parliament to incorporate most of these recommendations in the Bill. This information was given by Shri Sachin Pilot, Minister of Corporate Affairs in written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha today.
