Justice Mukul Mudgal Committee Holds Meeting With the Representatives of the Concerned Companies

The one man Inquiry Committee headed by Justice Shri Mukul Mudgal. former Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court, set up to inquire into media report(s) of lobbying activities by Walmart in India held a meeting here today with representatives of Walmart Asia and Bharti Walmart Private Limited accompanied by their counsel at Vigyan Bhavan Annexe.

After discussions, it was decided to await the responses of the above companies to the queries raised by the Committee. The next meeting would be notified separately.
