Import for repair and re-export, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Sir,

We are importing machines for the repair and maintenance.After the job we are exporting it back to the same customer.

Kindly clarify on the provisions with the applicable custom duty,service tax and procedures also.

You may import it under concessional rate of duty for re-export purpose.  Provisions of  FEMA will also be applicable.
