dear experts

                  i  want to know that what formality and legal documents have require in HR Deptt.

and with it i want to know that Is PF and ESIC applicable on over time or performance incentives ?

Both of the Act ESI  and  EPF have different type of requirements. please confirm from which stage you want to maintain the record. Secondly ESI and EPF both are applicable on overtime and incentive , but if the incentives is not paid on monthly basis and instead paid on quarterly or higher frequency , the ESI will not be applicable
