TDS ont certification fee paid to Bureo of Indian Standard, Income Tax

Dear Sir,

We have been paying  certification fee to BIS . The same is  covered under Government Body.

Do we need to deduct TDS on payment of certification fees.

Yes, TDS has to be deducted.
