Advance authorisation application, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Experts,We are in receipt of 4 different parties Epcg authorisation with Invalidation letter for supply of capital machinery under FTP Para 8.2(c).Supply items are same for all four parties.My query is can we merge all parties invalidation and apply one advance authorisation.In application , We mention in all parties epcg authorisatin no with their invalidation letter no.Kindly confirm shall we do like that or apply advance authorisation seperatlly(partywise).Thanks in advance for your valued suggestion.Thanking you.Pritesh Shah

Dear Pritesh,

you have option to merge  requirements  of  all parties  and obtain authorisation ,  but  it  is  advisable  to  apply  separate authorization. if  any customer  is  cancel his  order  than  you have  to scope  your hand to  surrender  the authorization with out  using.secondly  EODC work  may be  smooth.

yes  your  cost  factor  pertaining  to  clearance  may be increased.
