Due Date Annexure Closing purpuse EOU 100%, Central Excise

Dear Sir,

Our company Job work for EOU 100%.

1).One Annexure Ex.Dt. 01 june 14 to 01 september 14 but annexure not closed.

Please advice. What is the effect and procedure.
