One of the Client has already debited Cenvat Credit on Input Services to Profit and Loss Account. Whether the same can be reversed ...???

If it is a eligible input service for cenvat credit, it can done. However, it is subject to other conditions such as proving eligibility to input service, invoice is dated within 6 months, possibility of reversal in P/L etc.
