LIABILITY OF TDS, Income Tax

Dear Sir,

Our company has business of Custom House Agency.

We are paying agency charges, logistics charges etc.to the parties.

Whether TDS is applicable on above payments under which section and how much rate ? If not give explanations.

TDS may be applicable on different payments subject to specific conditions laid down by law. it would be better to seek professional advice on the issue.
