New Registration, Service Tax

Dear Sir,

I have a bar/nightclub/lounge. Now i am coming under the purview of S.Tax so kindly suggest the service name for this busines. till now i am not liable to pay service tax but i need to claim CENVAT credit so shall i start the same after paying the service tax output?
