I.G Petrochem Case on DTA Clearance, Central Excise

Dear Experts,

I.G Petrochemicals Ltd has submitted a declaration to Stock market that, it has won the Case on the DTA Clearance (EOU to DTA - Notification Number 8/97 CE) in Honorable Supreme Court of India. As many of you aware this is the much awaited case on the above said issue.
