Invoicing of Excisable Goods, Central Excise

Is there any Rule from April 2015 that Excisable goods must sale with only Excise invoice & not with Commercial invoice..? if true, then pls give me the Notification no.

No such notification which prescribed removal under excise invoice only not on commercial invoice.

Sir,

Excisable invoice are mandatory required to be cleared with excise invoice.

You may however thereafter issue commercial invoice, if required

There is nothing like excise invoice or commercial invoice now. All the law provides is incorporation of certain necessary details in the invoice making it compliant with excise law.
